James Cropper plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors
and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified on 19 July 2018 that on the same day the Trustees of James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan ("JC SIP Plan") awarded 17,650 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") to participants of the SIP Scheme at a price of 1461.50p per Share.
Under the SIP rules, Shares to be issued to participants are held by the SIP Trustees in their capacity as Trustees. After a holding period of five years, the Shares held by the SIP Trustees are transferred to the participants. The beneficial rights to the participants are recognised immediately upon award.
As a result of the above, the interests in the following PDMRs has increased by:
