Correction - Director's shareholding

Further to the announcement of 5 June 2014 in relation to Isabelle Maddock's appointment to the James Cropper board on 31 July 2014, the Company announces that Mrs Maddock's interest in the ordinary shares of the Company was incorrectly stated in that announcement. The Company can confirm that Mrs Maddock has an interest in 9,723 ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

Other than the information set out above, all other information required to be disclosed in connection with the appointment of Mrs Maddock under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies is as disclosed in the announcement of 5 June 2014.
