Board appointment

James Cropper PLC is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 17 September 2013, Mr. Dave Watson has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Chief Operating Officer. Dave's employment with the Company began on 1 January 2014 and his responsibilities include global operational excellence and active involvement in delivering the Company's strategic growth plan.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Phil Wild, CEO, said "We are delighted that Dave has started his role as COO with us and we look forward to embracing him within the organisation as we accelerate and grow the business."
