Block Listing
Dublin / London 6 August 2018: Cairn Homes plc (ISE/LSE CRN) ("Cairn" or the "Company") today announces that a block listing application has been made to Euronext Dublin and to the UK Listing Authority for a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange for these Shares to be admitted to trading.
Dealing in these Shares are expected to commence on 7 August 2018.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be allotted from time to time pursuant to share options granted to Eamonn O'Kennedy, a former director of Cairn. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
