Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 December 2016

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 December 2016, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 3235p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2017 of 14.9p per share was paid on 5 January 2017.
