Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transactions involving one of its directors, William Wyatt, and one of his connected persons, The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company ("Dunchurch"):-

On 2 July 2012, Mr Wyatt exercised options over 6,000 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.01% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, at an exercise price of 782.5p per share. 

On 3 July 2012, Mr Wyatt transferred the 6,000 shares received to Dunchurch, a private family company with which Mr Wyatt is associated. The shares were transferred at a price of 1440.5p per share. The shares will be registered Dunchurch's own name.

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Beneficial - 1,020,920 shares * = 1.79%

Non-beneficial - 19,093 shares = 0.03%

Options - 85,222 = 0.15%

Performance share scheme awards - 85,011 = 0.15%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 8,470 = 0.02%

* Includes 920,000 shares owned by Dunchurch.
