Director/PDMR Shareholdings
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R and 3.1.4
On 25 May 2011 in fulfilment of 2010 bonus disclosed in the 2010 annual report, the following awards over ordinary shares in the Company were granted under the Clarkson PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"). No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
The vesting of the awards is subject to continued employment and they will normally vest on 30 April 2015.
