Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan on 29 July 2019, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 579,888 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 31 January 2020.
