ISSUE OF EQUITY
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, announces the issue of 428,448 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to an exercise of warrants to subscribe for Shares at 2p per Share.
Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of the 428,448 new Shares detailed above, and Admission is expected to occur on 17April 2014. Following Admission, the Company shall have 109,913,990 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights (which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules).
