Notice of AGM and Update on New Enterprise Allowance

@UK PLC (AIM:ATUK.L), the cloud ecommerce marketplace, is posting today a Notice of AGM to shareholders. The AGM will be held on on 1 September 2011 at 10.00 am at Arbuthnot House, 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AR.

Update on New Enterprise Allowance

Further to its announcement released on 1 August 2011, the Company wishes to clarify that approximately 40,000 applicants will receive up to £ 1,000 from the Department of Work and Pensions. To the extent that any of the applicants spends any money with @UK, each pound will be incremental revenue to @UK. Thus, the approximate potential incremental revenue to @UK could be £ 40 million.
