The Company announces that it was notified on 17 June 2011 that on the same day David Holloway a Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 12.5 p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, David Holloway's holding in the Company is 5,250,975 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
