The Prospectus is available for viewing at the registered office of Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E. ("CIB") (Nile Tower Building, 21/23 Charles de Gaulle Street, Giza, P.O. Box 2430, Cairo, Egypt).

In addition, a copy of the above document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange of up to 500,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Receipts is expected to occur on 4 July 2014 ("Admission"). The Admission will bring the total number of Global Depositary Receipts listed by CIB to up to 680,000,000.

No Global Depositary Receipts have been or are being offered or marketed to the public in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in connection with the Admission.
