Completion of Acquisition of MarketMakers
Centaur Media Plc (LSE: CAU), the business to business information, insight and events group, is pleased to announce, further to the announcements on 7 July 2017 and 1 August 2017, that the acquisition of MarketMakers Incorporated Limited has now completed, ahead of its expected completion date of 4 August 2017.
This follows the successful completion of the disposal of Centaur's B2C division, Home Interest, on 1 August 2017.
