Director's Shareholding

Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP), the developer and provider of Dual-FuelTM combustion technology for heavy-duty diesel engines, announces that today a circular has been sent to shareholders seeking shareholder approval at a Special General Meeting to increase the authorized share capital from US$150,000 to US$200,000 by the authorisation of a further 50,000,000 Common Shares (the "Resolution").

Following the recent fundraising as announced 29 November 2011 the Board of Directors has proposed that the authorized share capital of the Company be increased in order to ensure that the Company has sufficient authorized but unissued share capital for any future issues of Common Shares.
