Board Change
Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP)Β announces thatΒ Larry Wilson has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from March 13, 2009.Β
Mr Wilson hadΒ been a Director of the Company sinceΒ its listing on AIMΒ in February 2006 and before that a Director of Clean Air Power Inc.Β The Board is not seeking a replacement, believing its new composition (being two executive directors, a non-executive chairman and three further non-executive directors) remains appropriate for the Company.
