Board Change
Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) announces that Larry Wilson has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from March 13, 2009.
Mr Wilson had been a Director of the Company since its listing on AIM in February 2006 and before that a Director of Clean Air Power Inc. The Board is not seeking a replacement, believing its new composition (being two executive directors, a non-executive chairman and three further non-executive directors) remains appropriate for the Company.
Rodney Westhead, Chairman of Clean Air Power, said:
