Update on Volvo Agreement
Clean Air Power Limited (AIM:CAP) the developer of Dual-Fuel™ combustion technology for heavy-duty diesel engines, is pleased to give an update on its Letter of Intent with Volvo to incorporate Clean Air Power's Dual-FuelTM technology into Volvo Truck engines.
As previously announced in January 2009, it was intended that the Letter of Intent would be superseded by a formal contract by the middle of 2009. Clean Air Power is pleased to announce that both parties have signed an extension to the Letter of Intent with the formal contract to be signed by early autumn.
