Purchase of own shares

Camellia Plc ("the Company") announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2013, it has today purchased 500 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p at a price of 8625 pence per share for cancellation.

This purchase of shares equates to 0.017% of the Company's issued share capital and following the completion of the purchase the Company has 2,834,187 Ordinary Shares in issue.
