Capital & Regional plc, the specialist property company, today announces that it has posted its notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Goring Hotel, The Archive Room, Beeston Place, London SW1W 0JW on 30 May 2014 at 10.00 am.
