BURFORD CAPITAL FINANCE LLC FINAL RESULTS
6.125% US DOLLAR BONDS DUE 2025
Burford Capital Finance LLC (the "Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's US Dollar denominated retail bonds due 2025 and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or the "Company"), announces that the Burford Capital Finance LLC Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 have been made available on the Company's website (https://investors.burfordcapital.com/resources/Bond-Information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
Burford's 2022 results were disclosed on May 16, 2023. A copy of that announcement as well as Burford's 2022 Annual Report can also be found on the Burford website (https://investors.burfordcapital.com/).
