BURFORD CAPITAL FINANCE LLC FINAL RESULTS
6.125% US DOLLAR BONDS DUE 2025
Burford Capital Finance LLC (the "Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's US Dollar denominated retail bonds due 2025 and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), announces that the Burford Capital Finance LLC Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 have been made available on the Company's website (www.burfordcapital.com/shareholders/bond-information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
