6.125% US DOLLAR BONDS DUE 2025
Burford Capital Finance LLC, the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's US Dollar denominated retail bonds due 2025 and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited, announces that Burford Capital Global Finance LLC has acceded as a Subsidiary Guarantor of Burford Capital Finance LLC's:
· | $180,000,000 6.125 per cent. guaranteed bonds due 2025, issued on February 12, 2018. |
The accession is effective May 27, 2021.
