BURFORD CAPITAL FINANCE LLC FINAL RESULTS
6.125% US DOLLAR BONDS DUE 2025
Burford Capital Finance LLC ("the Issuer"), the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's US Dollar denominated retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), announces that the Burford Capital Finance LLC Annual Report and Financial Statements 2019 have been made available on the Company's website (www.burfordcapital.com/shareholders/bond-information/). This annual report relates solely to the Issuer.
Burford's 2019 results were disclosed on 28 April 2020. A copy of that announcement can also be found on the Burford website (www.burfordcapital.com/shareholders/).
