Board Committee Changes

Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.11 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, the Board of Directors of Bioquell PLC is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board committees and their membership.

Following his appointment today as Executive Chairman, Ian Johnson has stepped down from membership of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration committees of the Board.

Tony Bourne has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Sir Ian Carruthers has been appointed as Chairman of the Nominations Committee.
