Directors'Β dealings -Β purchase of Shares
OnΒ 30Β JuneΒ 2008,Β Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL" or the "Company")Β informedΒ the CompanyΒ that he had acquiredΒ 20,000Β BIOQUELLΒ ordinaryΒ shares at an averageΒ price ofΒ 149pΒ per Share.Β Β Following theΒ purchase of theseΒ Shares, MrΒ AdamsΒ holdsΒ 720,000 Shares, representingΒ approximatelyΒ 1.7% of theΒ Company'sΒ issuedΒ ordinaryΒ share capital.
On 30 June 2008, Simon Constantine, a nonΒ executive director of BIOQUELL,Β informed the Company that he had acquired 26,000 BIOQUELL ordinary shares at an average price of 150.5p per Share. Following the purchase of these Shares, Mr Constantine holds 456,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
