Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has today been advised that Mr. John Sutcliffe, Group Finance Director & Company Secretary, has transferred today in Sheffield by way of gift 38,010 ordinary shares of 10p each in the issued share capital of the Company to his wife which results in no change to his total beneficial interest of 103,010 ordinary shares.
