2012 Annual Report and Financial Statements
The 2012 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 23 May 2013 together with Proxy Form are being posted today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper copies of shareholder communications.
The above documentation and information relating to the voting rights of shareholders (as required by section 311A of the Companies Act 2006) is available to view on the Company's website. In addition they have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM where they can also be viewed and downloaded.
