The Company announces that the final report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has been sent to shareholders on 28 August 2014 and is available to download from the Company's website at http://www.djiholdings.com/investors and will also be available for 1 month from the Company's Registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS99 6ZZ, United Kingdom.
Annual General Meeting:
A notice of the Company's AGM and Forms of Proxy are included with the Company's annual report and accounts and are available to download from the Company's website at http://www.djiholdings.com/investors. The AGM is scheduled to be held at First Floor, Mallory House, Mobberley, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 7GY on 26 September 2014 at 11.00 am.
