Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights
BNN Technology (AIM: BNN), a London-listed Chinese technology, content and services company, announces that at the General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to Shareholders were duly passed.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Accordingly, Admission of the Second Placing Shares will become effective and dealings in the Second Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow.
Following Admission of the Second Placing Shares, BNN will have 238,612,523 Ordinary Shares in issue. BNN holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure, therefore, of 238,612,523 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of BNN under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms or expressions used in this announcement have the same meanings as given to them in the announcement made by BNN on 13 April 2017, unless the context requires otherwise.
