AGM Statement

Big Technologies plc (AIM: BIG), a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions, provides the following update in advance of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. today.

Highlights

· Guatemala renewal secured for a three-year term, further strengthening long term revenue outlook and reinforcing the Group's growing presence in Latin America following the win in Chile.

· Successful implementation and delivery of 2025 wins, with revenue commencing in Lithuania, Pierce County and Prince Edward Island.

· Continued US new business momentum, with six new wins in four states since the beginning of April and a growing pipeline of opportunities.

· Growth in US has supported new product success with AlcoTag and AlcoBreath, with over 1,800 AlcoTags and over 100 AlcoBreath units with clients, and a further 350 AlcoBreath units to be deployed over the next quarter.

The Group has made strong progress in H1 2026, with continued new business and account renewal success in the period. Growth has been underpinned by the Group's continuous innovation approach and new products, the AlcoTag and AlcoBreath, have seen increasing adoption over the period, particularly in the USA.

The Board is monitoring the impact on supply chains of geopolitical activity in the Middle East and has taken active steps in the period to secure components for the remainder of the year.

The Board remains confident that the Group's trading for 2026 will be in line with market expectations1.

A trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 will be released in July 2026.

1 The Group has compiled forecasts from five analysts with current market forecasts for 2025 revenue to be in the range of £50.5m to £52.2m, with consensus of £51.1m, and for adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of £24.7m to £25.9m, with a consensus of £25.3m.
