The Company announces that today it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of 234,175 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the Company each fully paid, and ranking pari passu with the Company's Ordinary Shares. Of these shares 194,175 are being issued in part satisfaction of the vendor deferred consideration for the acquisition by the Company of Stellar Financial Partners LLP, which was announced on 3 May 2007. The remaining 40,000 shares are being issued in connection with a block listing issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme. Admission is expected on 17 August 2009.
