TheBoard thanks Mr Rhodes for his contribution during his time in office and it maybe that he continues to assist the group in the development of its internationalnetwork, BGN. The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr Geoffrey Hill was appointed as anon-executive director of the company with effect from 25 September 2006. MrHill is a chartered accountant , who managed and grew an independentprofessional services practice in Yorkshire for many years, before merging itwith a national firm and continuing in a management role in that environmentuntil becoming an independent consultant in 2005. Geoff's extensive experiencein practice management and integration will add valuable input to the board,beyond his duties as an independent non-executive.
