RE: Baffling...28 Nov 2024 10:19
I would recommend reading the ADxxxx other chat board.
A few posts there explain the difference between BEG and FRP. Also talk of the future liabilities from acquisitions.
As the posters conclude, 2026 should be good for BEG, but not much to look forward to next year. They going to need most of the cash to pay acquisition costs, so no buy backs etc. That said, according to the IC equities tool, there are 4 analysts with an average 12 month price target of 1.46. I guess it should bottom soon, then perhaps make a slow ascent over 2025.
What is this stock for 2025? Its not income as easy to beat with much lower risk. Its not growth either. Just bag holders. Should change the ticker to BAG.
Recognised as a liability £5,946
Anticipated future liability based on current financial performance £13,137
Total current estimate of anticipated future payments £19,083 20,989 (sum of the two above)
