Begbies Traynor Group PLC02 September 2005 RNS Release 2 September 2005 AGM Resolutions Begbies Traynor (AIM: BEG) is pleased to announce that at its AGM, heldyesterday at The Radisson Edwardian Manchester Hotel, Free Trade Hall, PeterStreet, Manchester M2 5GP at 10.30 a.m., all the Ordinary Resolutions andSpecial Resolutions outlined in the Notice of the Meeting dated 3 August 2005were duly passed. The Board of Begbies Traynor also confirms that at the AGM, Philip Holden, anon-executive director since the Group's admission to trading on AIM in October2004, did not seek re-election as he has found that the role takes up more timethan he is able to commit in the light of his executive roles elsewhere. Following the AGM, the Board is pleased to confirm the election of Paul Rhodes,aged 62, as a non-executive director. Paul is a Cambridge economics graduate, aqualified lawyer and a former managing partner of Dibb Lupton Broomhead, theforerunner of DLA. He is currently a director of LCL Group Limited. There are nofurther details required to be disclosed under paragraph g of schedule 2 of theAIM Rules.
