PDMR Dealings
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that on 2 July 2024, Chief Executive Officer, Steve McQuillan purchased 1,000 and 1,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 360.0 pence and 367.0 pence per Ordinary Share respectively.
As a result of the above activity, Steve McQuillan's interest in the Company's issued share capital is 470,987 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 1.42% of the Company's enlarged share capital.
