Exercise of Options & TVR
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that on 30 April 2026, the Company was notified of the exercise of 352,750 options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Steve McQuillan, Chief Executive Officer, Stephen King, Chief Financial Officer, Austen Adams, Chief Operating Officer and certain non-PDMRs.

Issue of Equity
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM for the 352,750 new Ordinary Shares ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 7 May 2026.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 352,750 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 33,622,072 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
