Total Voting Rights
1 July 2019
In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 28 June 2019 (being the last trading day of June) was 933,197,563 at £0.01p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. 3,816,611 ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this announcement. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 929,380,952 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
