In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO) has been informed that Moonpig Group plc (LSE: MOON), of which David Keens (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Auto Trader) is an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, effective 5 February 2021.
