Notification of Major Shareholding
Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or the "Company") advises that it has received notification that Aeturnum Energy has sold its entire shareholding in the Company through its beneficially owned company Reliant Energy Investments Limited to Mr Ashish Gupta, a commissioner and shareholder of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk ("DOID"). Following the purchase, Mr Gupta has a 15.36% shareholding in the Company.
DOID is a publicly listed company on the Indonesian stock exchange whose operating subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama ("BUMA") is one of the largest mining contractors in the country. For more information on DOID please visit www.deltadunia.com
Mr Gupta and DOID have been in contact with the Company and will enter into a non-disclosure agreement to enable due diligence to be undertaken on the Company's projects.
