Kalimantan Gold’s Annual and Special Meeting
Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to advise that the notice of meeting and management information circular for its annual and special meeting to be held on June 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Company’s counsel at Suite 3350, 1055 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver, BC has been sent to shareholders of record as at May 9, 2014 and is available on the Company's website at www.kalimantan.com and on the Company’s profile at www.sedar.com. The following resolutions are being put before the meeting:
1. to receive the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, together with the report of the Auditors thereon;
2. to elect Directors for the ensuing year;
3. to appoint Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor;
4. to consider and, if thought fit, to approve a resolution in the form presented in the Management Information Circular, renewing the 10% rolling amount incentive stock option plan for directors, officers, employees, consultants and other personnel of the Company and its subsidiaries;
5. to consider and, if thought fit, to approve a resolution in the form presented in the Management Information Circular, authorizing the consolidation of the Company’s shares on an up to three old for one new basis; and
6. to transact such further business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
