Board Change

Arc Minerals announces that Don Bailey, a non-executive director of the Company since 1 June 2018, has decided to resign from the board of the Company, effective September 1, 2020.

Don commented: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Arc and working with Nick and the board in transforming the fortunes of the Company. The announcement of an exclusivity agreement with Anglo American is a major step forward and for me personally a good time to move on with some of my other projects. I will follow with great interest the next steps for Arc and wish them well going forward."

Nick von Schirnding, executive chairman of Arc said "It's been a privilege to work with such an experienced mining executive as Don Bailey. Don's contribution to the company and the board has been invaluable and we wish him well with his new initiatives."
