Total Voting Rights

In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at the 31 August 2022 the Company's issued share capital consists of 24,293,519 ordinary shares of 23p each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 440,388 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) therefore comprises 23,853,131 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
