Completion of £1.0 million Buyback Programme
Anpario, the international producer of natural feed additives for animal health, hygiene and nutrition, is pleased to announce that following the purchase of ordinary shares on 12 March 2020, the Company's £1.0 million share buyback programme as announced on 05 February 2020 was completed.
In aggregate, between 05 February 2020 and 12 March 2020, the Company repurchased 297,346 ordinary shares at a VWAP of 336.31 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises 23,497,622 ordinary shares, of which 440,388 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The Company now has a total of 23,057,234 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
