Employee Share Plan and Directors' Dealing
Anpario plc announces that on 2 November 2020 the Company has granted further options under The Anpario Share Option Scheme 2013 (the "SAYE Scheme ") which is approved by H.M. Revenue and Customs.
Certain employees (the "SAYE Scheme Participants") of the Group have chosen to participate in the SAYE Scheme, pursuant to which, subject to certain customary conditions being satisfied, they will be able to subscribe for, in aggregate, up to 91,504 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). The executive directors of the Company, Richard Edwards and Karen Prior, are both SAYE Scheme Participants and, subject to the same conditions being satisfied, they will each be able to subscribe for up to 5,577 Shares.
The entitlements to subscribe arise following the end of the three year period to 31 January 2024. The exercise price per Share is set at 322.72 pence and the SAYE Scheme Participants may opt to withdraw from the SAYE Scheme, recovering paid-in funds, prior to that time.
