In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the issued share capital of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc as at 28 May 2021 comprises 215,650,692 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

AMS's products, manufactured in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Israel, are sold globally via a network of multinational or regional partners and distributors, as well as via AMS's own direct sales forces in the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic and Russia.
