Exercise of share options and Directors' dealings
Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM:AMS), the global medical technology company, today announces that following the successful achievement of certain performance criteria, the following options from certain share incentive schemes have been exercised as outlined below.
In order to cover the exercise cost and the tax payable on this exercise Don Evans, Chairman, has sold Ordinary Shares of 5p each on 2 July 2013 as detailed below.

The Company has also been informed that Pamela Evans, wife of Don Evans, Chairman, has sold 183,928 Ordinary Shares of 5p each at 74.13p per share. As a result of these transactions Don Evans beneficial interest in the Company has increased from 3,162,587 shares to 3,188,511 shares.

The Company also announces that Christopher Meredith, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,023 Ordinary Shares of 5p each at 74.13p per share as part of the Deferred Share Bonus Plan. Under the terms of the Plan, the shares will be held in trust on his behalf.
