All Leisure group plc (the "Company")announces that the Directors listed below yesterday informed the Company that on 14 July 2010 theyhad purchased the following ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 42p per share.

Following the transaction Lord Sterling's holding in the Company is 3,755,647 ordinary shares, representing 6.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
