Board changes

Chris Gadsby has decided to step down from his role as Group Finance Director of the All Leisure Group PLC. He will be leaving the business in December, post the Group's year end, and after the sign off of the Group's budget for the forthcoming financial year. The search for his successor will now commence to enable a thorough and effective handover to take place before Chris departs.

To facilitate the transition, we will be appointing Kevan Witts as Interim Group Finance Director and he joins All Leisure Group PLC on Monday 11 August 2014.

Kevan has spent the last 9 years as a self employed consultant in senior roles in the financial services sector and has extensive travel industry experience. Most notably he was for 12 years a Director of the Thomson Travel Group (now TUI UK). His time at Thomson consisted of 8 1/2 years as Finance Director of Lunn Poly followed by 2 1/2 years as Finance Director of Thomson Holidays Ltd. Latterly, Kevan held the position of Finance Director of Thomson Travel UK Distribution.
