Further to the announcement on 4 October 2017 regarding the appointment of Mr Sultan Al-Ghaithi as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, Aminex confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under paragraph LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
