RETIREMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
Aminex PLC announces the retirement of its Finance Director Mr. Simon Butterfield at the end of this year, in order to pursue academic interests. Mr. Max Williams, currently Financial Controller and Company Secretary,Β will become Chief Financial Officer from 1January 2010.Β
